In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the
following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 63/ 2002-Customs (NT), dated the
3rd October, 2002 namely: -
In
the said notification, for the words and figures "25th
October, 2002", the words and figures "1st
November, 2002", shall be substituted.
