G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 4 and section 5
of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs
hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as
Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs for the purpose of
adjudicating the cases assigned to them by the Central Board of Excise and
Customs by an Order in respect of officers mentioned in column (3) of the said
Table, namely:-
