Notification No. 43/2003 – Customs ( N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126 of the Finance Act, 2002
(20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of August,
2003, as the date on which Chapter XA as proposed by the said section 126 shall
be inserted in the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
