De-oiled Rice Bran - freely exportable

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the �ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 2004-2009�:-
2. The H.S. Code No. 23022010 against S1.No.71 of Chapter 23 under Heading �Residues and Waste from the Food Industries, Prepared Animal Fodder� in 16786">Schedule - 2, Export Policy stands deleted to make �De-oiled Rice Bran� freely exportable.
3. This will have retrospective effect from 01/09/2004.
(Para-3 has been amended vide NTF. NO. 22/2005, DT. 26/08/2005)
"Pre-Revised-3. This will have retrospective effect from 12.04.2005. "
4. This issues in public interest.
