Notification No. 21 /2018-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, the 19th March, 2018
G.S.R. …..(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of
sub-section (1), read with subsection (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962
(52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following
further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 61/94(NT)-CUSTOMS dated the 21st
November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number
S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table,
(a) against serial number 2 relating to the State of Andhra Pradesh, for the
word “Hyderabad”, the word “Vijayawada” in column (3) shall be substituted.
(b) after serial number 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:—

November, 1994 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number S.O. 828(E), dated the 21st November,
1994 and last amended by notification number 56/2017-Customs (N.T.)
dated the
23rd June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 630(E), dated the 23rd June, 2017.
