New Delhi, Dated the 29th August, 2013
S.O.(E) In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of
the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), the
Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorises the Officers specified in
column (2) of the Table below to exercise the powers specified in column (3) as
under:

2. Director General of Foreign Trade, however may revoke such authorisation or
may himself exercise the powers under the said section, if in his opinion such a
course of action is necessary in the public interest.
