Deletion of items in Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana Appendix-37A (Sesamum Indicum)

In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
Attention is invited to Public Notice No.47(RE-2005) /2004-2009 dated 2.9.2005 vide which additional items in the nature of Minor Forest Produce and their value added products were notified for benefits under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana. The list includes the entry at Sl.No.526 which reads as under

This entry stands deleted from the list and Appendix 37A shall deemed to be amended to this effect.
No Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana benefits shall be admissible against the export of �SESAMUM INDICUM, DC (SESAMUM, TIL)�.
