Policy Circular No. 34 dated 21st January 1998
A number of representations have been received where the exporters have filed applications for post export DEPB after the stipulated time limit as given in paragraph 7.42 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol. 1) Which have been rejected by the licensing authority.
In this connection, it is clarified that the provisions as contained in paragraph of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) regarding admission of claim after applying late cut, shall be applicable for DEPB on post
