Policy Circular No. 35 dated 3^rd February 1998

Attention is invited to DEPB rate given at S.No. 37, 38, 39 and 40 of Chemical Product as given in Annexure to Public Notice No. 10 dated 2.1.5.97 wherein 'Injections, Syrups, Tablets/ Capsules Containing formulations or bulk drugs' have been given the specified DEPB rate. The exporters as well as the Licensing Authorities while claiming/ al-lowing the items particularly at S.No have faced difficulties. 40. For expeditious grant of credit in respect of export product falling under S.No. 40 of the said Public. Notice, it has been decided that, the exporter shall submit an Affidavit on a stamped paper as in the format given with this Circular based upon which such claims shall be finalised by the licensing authority.

This issues with the approval of DGFT.
