Public Notice No. 17 dated 13th June 1997
1. In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the credit rates under DEPB scheme in respect of them as given in the Annexure to this Public Notice. The annexure will form part of Appendix-28A of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), 1997-2002.
2. The entry at S. No. 10 in Annexure to Public Notice No. 10/ (PN)/ 1997-2002 dated 21.5.97 shall be corrected to read as Amoxycillin Trihydrate (6 APA Route).
3. The entry at S No. 86 in Annexure to Public Notice No.1 O/ (PN)/ 1997-2002 dated 21.5.97 shall be corrected to read as 3-Nitro-4-Hydroxy Phenyl Arsonic Acid' instead of 3-Nitro-4-Hydroxy orthonalic Acid'.
4. The entry at S.No. 147 of Annexure to Public Notice No.16197 (PN)/ 1997-2002 dated 6th June, 1997 shall be deleted.
