In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol I) (RE-2000) 1997-2002
"1 Paragraph 1 (m) and 1 (n) of Appendix 42 Guidelines for sale of goods in the Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) by EOU/ FTZ/ EPZ/ EHTP/ STP Units are deleted"
