Electronic Filing of Application
|
Attention of Trade is invited to the Policy Circular No. 21 dated 11/3/2005 vide which it has been clarified that date of electronic filing would be treated as the date of receipt of application by this office. However it has been further mentioned that henceforth in respect of electronic filing of applications the hard copy must be submitted within 15 days of electronic filing. In case the hard copy is not submitted within 15 days this office would not accept the hard copy and applicants will have to re-feed/file the application alongwith fresh DD/TR/EFT.
It is further notified that this office would be accepting the applications in respect of EPCG through electronic mode only with effect from 11/4/2005. Manual applications in respect of EPCG could not be accepted.
