End Use Certificate amended
Public Notice No. 49 dated 14th October 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy. 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign trade hereby makes the following amendments in Hand Book of Procedures Vol. 1 1997-2002.
2. The End Use Certificate appearing alongwith Appendix 18B of the Hand Book of Procedure Vol. 1 1997-2002 is amended to read as follows:
End Use Certificate
(To be furnished with reference to column 11 of this Export Licence Application)
We (name of the end user), certify that we are importing _________________________ M.T. of _______________ from (name and address of exporter) for the manufacture of ______________ (State Specific use).
We further certify that we will not use the above mentioned chemical for any purpose other than stated as above nor transfer or re-export the item to any other party/ county for any other purpose.

Note: The exporter shall furnish a copy of confirmed export order indicating number and ate to the customs and DGFT at the time of actual shipment.
