In
exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy
2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following
amendment in the List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non
Preferential) under Appendix — 2E of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of
Foreign Trade Policy 2015 — 2020:

2. Further, under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade also authorizes the following Associations to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential):

Accordingly, name of M/s Millennial India International Chamber of Commerce Industry & Agriculture (MIICCIA) is added at Serial No.16 (New Delhi) and name of M/s Bombay Industries Association (BIA) is added at Serial No.31 (Maharashtra) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)] to Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-2020.
4. Effect of the Public Notice: New office address of Indian Industries Association of India (IIA) is notified and M/s Millennial India International Chamber of Commerce Industry & Agriculture (MIICCIA) and M/s Bombay Industries Association (BIA) are enlisted under Appendix 2E of/FTP, 2015-2020 for issuing Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).
