Appendix 4C (List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificated of
Origin-Non-Preferential) to Handbook of Procedure Vol.I, 2009-2014 (Appendices &
ANFs).
3. Effect of this Public Notice:
Trade Promotion Council of India is enlisted for issuing Certificate of Origin
(Non Preferential).
