EPCG – Charter’s Engineer’s Certificate
It is brought to the notice of the trade that while submitting application for grant of Import Licences under EPCG Scheme, where more than one import item is applied for, a single Chartered Engineer’s Certificate incorporating all the items to be imported shall be submitted.
Similarly, at the time of submission of documents for issuance of EODC/Redemption, a single Chartered Engineer’s Certificate showing installation of all the items should be submitted for each Licence.
This trade notice is issued for trade facilitation and reducing transaction cost.
