NOTIFICATION
S.O. 1322(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special
Economic
Zones Rules 2006, and after grant of the letter of approval on 13th June 2006
under sub
section (10) of section 3 to Moser Baer India Ltd. for setting up of a
sector–specific
Special Economic Zone for non conventional energy including Solar Energy
Equipment/Cell at Greater Noida in the State of Uttar Pradesh, the Central
Government, on being satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3
of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled, hereby notifies
total area
11.9 hectares as Special Economic Zone at Greater Noida in the State of Uttar
Pradesh,
with the following boundaries as a Special Economic Zone, namely:-
- North Side – Farming Land, Khasra No. 522, 523, 527, 525 at Surajpur village.
- East Side – Khasra No. 542, 544, 545, 546 and 547.
- South Side – Khasra No. 552, 555, 556, 589, 4 Lane Express High Way.
- West Side – Dadri Link Road.
