Exclusion from the Second Schedule to the
Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 -
"The Oversea – Chinese Banking Corporation Limited."
We advise that the name of "The Oversea – Chinese Banking Corporation Limited." has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from 27th December 2003, i.e. the date on which the relative notification DBOD. No IBS. 918 / 23.13.060/2003-04 dated 12th December 2003 was published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4).
