Exclusion from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 - "Credit Lyonnais"
We advise that the name of "Credit Lyonnais" has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from 22nd May 2004, i.e. the date on which the relative notification DBOD. No IBS. 1575/ 23.13.025 /2003-04 dated 30th April 2004 was published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4).
