Exclusion from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 - ING Bank N.V.
We advise that the name of ' ING Bank N.V.' has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from October 28, 2005, in terms of notification DBOD. No. IBD. 616/23.13.017/2005-06 dated October 28, 2005, which was published in the Gazette of India ( Part III - Section IV ) on December 03, 2005.
