Export of sand and soil - Negative list of Export
Policy Circular No. 72 dated 22nd March 1999
Attention is invited to the Ministry of commerce notification No. 31 dated 12.11.1998 imposing ban on export of Sands and Soils and Policy Circular No. 56 dated 11.12.98 clarifying that natural garments, natural abrasive, garnet sands, other minerals and mineral products are not within the purview of the Notification No. 31 dated 12.11.98 and are freely exportable.
2. It is further clarified that minerals like IImenite, Rutile, Zircon, Monazite, Granular, Sillimanite are also not within the purview of the Notification No. dated 12.11.1998 and are freely exportable.
