Policy Circular No. 61 dated 11th January 1999
1. Attention in invited to the entry of S.NO. 12(1) of Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002".
2. It has been decided to allow export of 20,000 MTs. (Twenty thousand MT only) of wheat by M/ S. PKS Ltd. Calcutta to Bangladesh @ US$ 180 Per MT C&F and US$ 178 Per MT FOB Hili/ Burimari by road and/ or by rail to Birol via Radhikapur, Darsana via Gede and Rohanpur via Singhabad, and place it at the disposal of APEDA for issue of RCACs in favour of M/ S PKS Ltd. Calcutta.
