Subject: Export Policy of Edile Oils– Removal of prohibition on export of all varieties of Edible Oils, except Mustard Oil, till further orders – regarding.
S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) (as amended from time to time) read with paragraph 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes amendments to the Si. No. 92, Chapter 15 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export & Import Items 2018 on Export Policy of edible oils.

dated 27.03.2017 relating to 51. No. 92 of Schedule 2 of ITC(HS) Classification
of Export & Import Items 2018, the following amendments are made, with immediate
effect :

export without any quantitative ceilings, pack size etc., till further orders.
