Subject : Export Policy of Fertilisers – Updation in List of Manufactures/Units of NP/NPK Fertilizers – regarding
S.O. 4899(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the amendments with immediate effect in List ‘C’ of Note 1 under Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification – Schedule 2 (Export Policy):
2. The existing entries against List ‘C’ below Note 1 under Export Licensing Note of Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification – Schedule 2 (Export Policy) is amended by adding the name of M/s Universal Crop Protection at S.No 19 in addition to existing entries:
