NOTIFICATION No. 1 (RE-2012)/ 2009-2014
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 5th June, 2012
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development
& Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.2 of the Foreign Trade
Policy, 2009-2014, the Central Government hereby notifies the Foreign Trade Policy,
2009-2014 as updated upto 5th June 2012 and incorporating the Annual Supplement.
This shall come into force w.e.f. 5th June, 2012.
Effect of Notification: The revised edition of the FTP incorporating the changes
made upto 5th June, 2012 will become operational.
