FTA with Thailand – Customs Notif. No. 101/04 Amended

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975(51 of 1975), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient so to do, hereby makes the following corrigendum in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue),No. 101/2004-Cus(N.T),dated, the 31st August, 2004, namely:
1. In Annexure A to the Product Specific Rule the following item shall be placed as:

2. List of 82 items appearing under the heading "Interim Rules of Origin for Early Harvest Scheme (EHS) under the Framework Agreement for Establishing the Free Trade Area between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of India" stands deleted.
