Government appoints the 1st day of March, 2006 as the date on which the provisions contained in the said section of the Finance Act, 2003 shall come into force.

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 133 of the Finance Act, 2003 (32 of 2003), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby appoints the 1st day of March, 2006, as the date on which the provisions contained in the said section of the aforesaid Act shall come into force.
