Attention is invited to the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002 (incorporating amendments upto 13th April, 1998) published under the Ministry of Commerce Notification No.1 (RE-98) dated 13.4.1998.
Chapter 7 of the said policy contains the details of Duty Exemption Scheme. In accordance with the provision therein, standard Input-Output Norms (Handbook of Procedures, 1997-2002 Vol.2.(Incorporating amendments made upto 31st August, 1998) are contained in Annexure -I to this Public Notice. [The new volume has been published]
