Subject: Harmonising MEIS Schedule in the Appendix 3B (Table-2) with amended ITC (HS), 2017.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix 3B, Table 2 of the MEIS, as amended from time to time, for exports with effect from 27.03.2020 .
A. HS Code 85414012 is added in Appendix 3B, Table 2 for exports with effect from 27.03.2020 to 31.12.2020

Effect of Public Notice:- Certain additions/amendments have been made to Table 2 of Appendix 3B, the MEIS schedule to harmonize it with Notification No. 48 dated 22.12.2020 and changes as enacted by the Finance Act 2020.
