Public Notice No. 44 dated 26th September 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Hand-Book of Procedures (Vol.1), 1997-2002:
"In view of the amendments in the paragraph 4.14 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, paragraph 7.31 regarding exemption from procedures appearing in the Hand-Book of Procedures, (Vol.1), may be deleted."
