Import any goods from Republic of Singapore under Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement

S.O ��. (E) � In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iii) of clause(c) of Section 28E of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), THE Central Government hereby specifies a resident as an applicant, who proposes to import any goods from Republic of Singapore under Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement between Republic of India and Republic of Singapore dated 29th June 2005 and for the purpose of seeks advance ruling under sub-section (1) of Section 28H in respect of to determination of origin of goods under clause (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 28H of the Customs Act, 1962.
2. This notification shall come into force from the 1st day of August, 2005.
