Subject: Import of Pesticides – Common Order dated 05.09.2013 passed by Hon’ble Gujarat High Court in various Civil Applications –regarding.

Attention is invited to Board's Circular No 07/2014-Cus dated 7.03.2014 on the above subject.

2. In the above Circular, the date ‘07^th March, 2014’ should be read as ‘07^th April, 2014’.
3. The other contents of the said Circular shall remain unchanged.
