Notification
No. 150 dated 15th May 1984
The
Central Government, hereby exempts: -
(a)
goods of Bhutanese or Indian origin imported from Bhutan into India, from
the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the First Schedule to
the Customs Tariff Act, 1975(51 of 1975), and from the whole of the duty of the
additional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the said Customs Tariff Act;
(b)
any goods of Bhutanese or Indian origin exported from India to Bhutan,
from the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon under Second Schedule to
the Customs Tariff Act, 1975(51 of 1975).
