Subject: Inserting new Appendix No.2X in the Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign
Trade Policy, 2015-20 – reg.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020,
the Director General of Foreign Tread hereby inserts a new Appendix-2X in the Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign
Trade Policy, 2015-20 listing out the Refineries/Mints which have obtained BIS Licence and as available on bis.gov.in.
2. Effect of this Public Notice: Appendix-2X introduce mentioning list of Refineries/Mint granted BIS Licence as on 31st July, 2018.
