Subject:- Introduction of a new proforma (ANF) for filing applications for revalidation of SCOMET export authorisation.
Computer No. 2862.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy(FTP) 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) hereby notifies a new ANF proforma, namely ANF 20(d), as Annexed for filing application for revalidation of SCOMET export authorisation, under para 2.74 of the Handbook of Procedures (HBP) of the Foreign Trade Policy(FTP) 2015-20, with immediate effect.
Effect of this Public Notice:
The new ANF proforma, namely ANF 20(d) will facilitate the trade and industry to file application for revalidation of SCOMET export authorisation
