No. 35 dated 20th January 1998
In exercise of the
powers conferred by the Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development &
Regulation) Act, 1992 (SI. No.22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export
and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002.

The following entry shall be added as S. No. 4(viii) and 4(ix) after the
existing entry at SI. No. 4(vii) of Chapter 16. Part III. Paragraph 16.3-
Canalised Items of EXIM Policy 1997-2002:
