NEW DELHI : Dated the 26 September, 2019
Subject: Issue of Advance Authorisations where export item is Gold medallions
and coins or any Jewellery/Articles manufactured by fully mechanised process.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade
Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign
Trade hereby disallows issue of Advance Authorisations where the item of export
is ‘Gold Medallions and Coins’ or ‘Any jewellery/articles manufactured by fully
mechanised process’.
Effect of this Public Notice: Advance authorisation
shall not be issued where item of export is ‘Gold Medallions and Coins’ or ‘Any
jewellery/articles manufactured by fully mechanised process’.
