Public Notice No. 12 dated 15th June 1999
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary Part-II-Section 3 � Sub- section (ii) vide S.O. No. 83(E) dated 31.3.1997, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby further amends paragraph (i) of Public Notice No. 8 (PN)/ 97-02 dated the 6th May, 1997, by the Public Notice No. 48(PN)/ 97-02 dated the 3rd October, 1997 and by Public Notice No. 2(PN)/ 1997-2002 dated 31.3.99, namely �
In the said para (I), the word "and", appearing before "Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute" shall be deleted, and the following shall be inserted in the end, namely.- "and Directorate of Film Festivals."
This issues in public interest.
