Jt. DGFT (CLA), New Delhi Office Shifted to New Premises
|
Office of Zonal Jt. Director General of Foreign Trade (CLA), New Delhi is shifting from its present premises at Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi to I.P. Bhawan ('Y' shape building) at I.T.O. New Delhi during the 4th week of November, 2005. Since the entire office is functioning on computer in a LAN system connected with the central server at CGO complex through V SAT, the work of this office would get disrupted during this shifting. Since V SAT has to be dismantled and re-set in the new building, the shutting down of computer system for four days would be essential.
It has, therefore, been decided that public dealing in this office would be closed for four days including submission of hard copy of applications etc. by Trade & Industry. The Exporters and Importers may, however, keep filing their applications electronically and hard copies may be submitted with effect from 25th November, 05 at the new premises at I.P. Bhawan. The office would continue to function at Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi, till 18th November, 05 and would be closed for public dealing on account of shifting from 21st to 24th November, 05 and re-start functioning at IP Bhawan ITO New Delhi with effect from 25th November, 05.
