LAND CUSTOMS STATIONS AND ROUTES - DECLARATION OF

S.O. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/94-CUSTOMS(N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, S.O. 830(E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-
In the table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 2, in columns (3) against item (52), after the entry (c) in column 4, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:-

The 7 kilometer long elevated Conveyor Belt of M/s. Lafarge Umiam Mining Private Limited, a Hundred percent export oriented unit, originating from the Crusher site of the Company, passing along a forty meter wide strip of land comprising villages of Phlangkaruh, Bamantilla and Umkhaba on the west and Pyrkan, Kalatek villages and river Umiam on the east, crossing the Zero Point between BP Nos. 1238-9S (on the west) and 1238-10S (on the east) to Mantrikhal Village of Bangladesh.�. |
