Subject: List of capital goods not permitted/permitted for import under the EPCG Scheme-reg.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby
makes the following amendment in Appendix 5F (List of Capital Goods not permitted/permitted for import subject to specific conditions under the EPCG Scheme) of the FTP 2015-20,
notified vide DGFT’s
Public Notice No. 47/2015-20 dated 06.12. 2017:
After Sr. No.14, the following is added:

Pre-fabricated Polyurethane Foam (PUF) panels/doors |
Permitted for use in (i) Chilled Rooms and (ii) Cold Storages set up
by the Units for storage of fresh fruits and vegetables, meant for
exports under the EPCG Scheme. |
Effect of this Public Notice: Imports of PUF panels/doors for chilled rooms/cold storages for storage of fresh fruits and vegetables are allowed under the
EPCG Scheme.
