Master Circular – "Non-Banking Financial (Non - Deposit Accepting or Holding) Companies Prudential Norms (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2007"
The directions on prudential norms as applicable to NBFCs (Non - Deposit Accepting or Holding) were issued by Reserve Bank of India on February 22, 2007, vide Notification No. DNBS.193 / DG (VL) - 2007. The said Notification duly updated as on June 30, 2008 is reproduced below.
