In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as Commissioner of Customs , Air Cargo Complex, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Ethnic, R-32,Basement No.4, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi issued vide DRI F.No.50D/2/2000-CI, dated the 3rd March, 2003, by the Assistant Director (CI), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, �D� Block, I.P Bhavan, I.P.Estate, New Delhi
