National Automotive Testing, Research and Development Infrastructure Project (NATRIP) notified under Project Imports

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-item (6) of the description of goods of heading 9801 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, having regard to the economic development of the country, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 42/96-Customs, dated the 23rd July, 1996 [G.S.R. 294(E), dated the 23rd July, 1996], for notifying the National Automotive Testing and Research and Development Infrastructure Project, namely:-
In the said notification, after serial No. 33 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
�34. National Automotive Testing and Research and Development Infrastructure Project (NATRIP).�.
