Notification No. 1 dated 31^st March 1999

In exercise of power conferred by section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 1.1 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, The Central Government hereby amends the notifies and Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, (Revised Edition, March, 1999), as contained in Annexure to this notification. This revised edition of the Policy, incorporating the amendment made upto 31st March 99, shall come into force from 1st April 1999.
