No Norms Cases – Electronic Filing of Application Made Mandatory w.e.f. 2/5/05
|
Attention of trade is drawn to the fact that so far this office has been accepting manual applications in respect of Advance Licences where SION is not available (NO NORM CASES). It had been decided that w.e.f 2/5/2005 this office would be accepting the applications in respect of NO NORMS CASES through electronic mode only. Manual applications in respect of NO NORMS CASES could not be accepted. In this regard attention of the Trade is also invited to Trade Notice No.1 dated 4/4/2005.
