Non-applicability of notifications to 100% export-oriented undertaking

No. 124 dated 26th May 1984
In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the
Central Government hereby directs that nothing contained in the notification
issued under sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, at any
time whatsoever before the date of issue of this notification in the Official
Gazette shall apply to the goods which are produced or manufactured in a hundred
per cent export-oriented undertaking and allowed to be sold in India.
