14 dated 11th February 1983
In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the
Central Government hereby directs that nothing contained in the notifications
issued under the said sub-rule (1) of rule 8 at any time whatsoever before the
date of issue of this notification in the Official Gazette shall apply to the
goods which are produced or manufactured in a free trade zone and brought to any
other place in India.
