New Delhi, the 18th July,2019
G.S.R. 516(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of
the Central Excise Act, 1944 read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Central
Excise Rules, 2017, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, appoints
the officers specified in column (2) of the table below as Central Excise
Officers and invest them with all the powers of Central Excise Officers
specified in column (3) of the said table to be exercised for such purposes as
specified in column (4) of the said table respectively.
