(E) – In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs (Department of Revenue), No. 5/2003-Service Tax, dated the 14th May, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 404(E), dated the 14th May, 2003, at page 3, in lines 37,-
